Cold-Burned Water Lettuce

Half of these water lettuce were left outside on a night that was 40°F.  It doesn't have to go down to freezing to hurt floating plants.  If we have any nights colder than 45°F be sure to bring your Water Hyacinths and Water Lettuce inside.
