Returns:  Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
 
Fish Guarantee:  If a fish dies we offer 7-day full replacement, or 30-day half replacement.   Must bring in the remains of the fish.  (Tip:  Put the dead fish in a ziploc bag in the freezer to prevent decomposition.)  Store Credit or Replacement only. No Cash Refunds on livestock.
 
Plant Guarantee:  We guarantee Water Lilies and Lotus for 1 season. If the Lily or Lotus do not grow well, bring the plant back and we will exchange it for a different one.  We do not guarantee any plant over winter. Store Credit or Replacement only. No Cash Refunds on livestock.
 
Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds:  Credit Card refunds may take 7-10 days to appear.  (We have no control over this. It is the policy of the Credit Card Processing Company.)  If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, please contact us at support@pondsplusstl.com or by phone (636) 946-2242. 

Warranty Replacements: We handle all warranty replacements in-house.  Please bring in the product and if it is under warranty we'll repair or replace it.  We do not cover shipping costs for warranty replacement.  You are responsible for getting the broken item to us, either by shipping or bringing it in.   If you have any questions send us an email at support@pondsplusstl.com or call us at (636) 946-2242.  Send your returns to: 1757 South Old Highway 94, Saint Charles, MO 63303. 

Shipping:  To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1757 South Old Highway 94, Saint Charles, MO 63303.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should use a shipping service that includes tracking or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
